Shawn Oates - Operations Manager - Warehouse Division

Shawn has been a employee of DGL since 2009. After his completetion of the HSC, Shawn has worked for Stegbar, CHEP, Stramit and is now work for DGL. Combining his 9 years of industrty experience in roles such as Production Supervisor, Training Officer, Fleet Coordinator and now has been promoted from his current role here at DGL as Contract Manager to State Manager, he will be a welcome member to the WA team.

Renae Miller - Site Manager WA

Renae has been at DGL, under Chemwest, since April 2002. She completed Year 12 and differed from Associate Diploma of Social Science – Police Studies. Renae started at National Rail as data entry clerk / Customer Service; then worked for FCL Transport in WA and NSW as an Operations Supervisor. After working for various shipping lines in NSW - P&O, Hertherinton Kingsbury, Mitsui OSK Lines and Hamburg Sud - in Customer Service she moved back to Perth and had 8 months off to have twin boys. Currently, Renae is the Site Manager for DGL Western Australia and she spends a lot of time with her 10 year old boys, which is good fun. She enjoys the gym, rugby and catching up with friends.
