DGL does not produce environmental waste during its normal operations. In the event of a chemical spill emergency, DGL has put into place contingency plans for the effective removal and disposal of all waste to take place via a licensed and recognised Waste Disposal Service provider in order to minimise all environmental effects. DGL believes that the safety of people is critically important over and above all other business objectives. The company is represented on many committees for the ongoing improvement of industry standards across the board. DGL has been able to set the benchmark for innovation and compliance on a number of occasions in the fields it operates in and has put in the resources to maintain this reputation.

We have undertaken actions to ensure our vehicle emissions are at the best standard available and only run equipment that meet Euro 4 or 5 emission standards. At our Dangerous Goods sites we have procedures and systems in place that exceed the required standards in regard to a major incident occurring.
